About

Cecilie Harris is a British photographer and creative director based in London. She has been working in the industry for over 10 years, and her work has been featured in publications such as Vogue, Dazed & Confused, i-D, Wonderland, and Nylon.

Harris began her career as a fashion photographer in 2008 after graduating from the University of Westminster with a degree in photography. She quickly gained recognition for her unique style of portraiture and editorial work. Her images often feature strong female subjects with an emphasis on natural beauty and self-expression.

In addition to her photography work, Harris is also an accomplished creative director. She has worked with brands such as Nike, Adidas, Topshop, ASOS, and Urban Outfitters to create campaigns that are both visually stunning and conceptually engaging.

Harris is passionate about creating meaningful images that capture the essence of her subjects. She believes that photography should be used to tell stories and inspire people to think differently about themselves and the world around them. Her work has been exhibited internationally at galleries such as The Photographers' Gallery in London and The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.

Harris is also an advocate for diversity within the fashion industry. She regularly speaks out against racism and sexism within the industry, encouraging more representation of people from all backgrounds within fashion media.

In 2020 she was awarded the prestigious British Fashion Council's Isabella Blow Award for Creative Excellence for her contribution to fashion photography over the past decade.
