Carlos Perez Rullan is a renowned photographer from Puerto Rico. He has been taking photographs since he was a child, and his passion for photography has only grown over the years.
He studied photography at the University of Puerto Rico, where he graduated with honors in 2000. After graduating, he began working as a freelance photographer for various magazines and newspapers in Puerto Rico. In 2004, Carlos opened his own studio in San Juan, where he specializes in portrait photography. He has photographed many famous people from Puerto Rico including singers, actors, politicians and athletes. His work has also been featured in several international exhibitions and galleries around the world.
