Alberto Rugolotto is an Italian photographer and visual artist based in Milan. He has been working in the field of photography since the early 2000s, and his work has been featured in numerous exhibitions and publications around the world.

Rugolotto was born in Milan, Italy, in 1978. He studied photography at the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera, where he graduated with honors in 2003. After graduating, he began to work as a freelance photographer for various magazines and newspapers. His work has been featured in publications such as Vogue Italia, GQ Italia, Elle Italia, Marie Claire Italia, and many others.

In addition to his editorial work, Rugolotto has also developed a personal photographic style that focuses on capturing everyday life moments with a unique eye for detail. His photographs often feature people from different backgrounds and cultures interacting with each other in unexpected ways. He is particularly interested in exploring themes such as identity, memory, and nostalgia through his images.

Rugolotto’s photographs have been exhibited at galleries and museums around the world including the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York City; The Photographers’ Gallery in London; The National Museum of Photography in Copenhagen; The International Center of Photography (ICP) in New York City; The Palazzo Reale di Milano; The Triennale di Milano; The Fondazione Prada; and many others. His work has also been featured at international festivals such as Les Rencontres d’Arles (France), PhotoEspaña (Spain), PhotoIreland (Ireland), PhotoVisa (Russia), and more.
