Supermodel Cindy Crawford woos the crowd in a black leather dress and lace-ups
25 May in models
The 46 year old super model and mother of two arrived at the launch party of restauranteur husband Randy Gerber´s new drink, “Cliché Rum” in New York looking super hot! Wearing an ultra tight leather dress that clung to her curves in all the right places and her long slender and well-toned legs shod in black lace-ups, she was the picture of elegance and beauty. The dress had cut-out panels around the neckline, midriff and sleeves which added to the “hot” effect. A gold cuff on her wrist and a red clutch bag completed the look and she was the envy of many a women half her age there.
Rubbing shoulders with baseball ace Alex Rodriguez and cosying up to Randy Gerber, husband of 14 years, the couple had all eyes on them. So how does she do it? How does she keep her model figure and that glowing complexion of hers? She had this to say when she discussed her fear of aging in Allure magazine. “I don´t look the way I did when I was 23. So if Star magazine wants to print a picture of me on the beach at the worst possible angle and say that I have cellulite, I say I do and I never said I didn´t.” The lady has a great attitude.
But honestly folks, looking this good in the 40s doesn´t come naturally. How does she really do it? This is what we found out. The mother of two and star of her own fitness workout videos, Shape Your Body and The Next Challenge, is living proof that good nutrition, keeping fit with Pilates, cardio and yoga, and with a little help from Botox and collagen injections is the way to go when it comes to keeping aging at a safe distance.
In her own words she says, “I take care of myself but I don´t want to be obsessive. And I don´t want to not like who I am today. I´m all for fighting the good fight but I don´t care how much you work out or how much cream you put on – things change.” And ain´t that the truth?
Thank you Cindy for showing us gals that aging is a matter of mind over body and of course hard work and Botox.
