Karolina Kurkova swaps runway for a day out with son Tobin

The 28-year-old supermodel turned mom took to the streets of New York city with husband Archie Drury and their little boy, Tobin.

They looked like a normal, happy family as they took a leisurely stroll through the fashionable Soho district in Manhattan. The little toddler seen sitting astride his father´s shoulders was dressed to impress. He wore a plaid shirt, khakis, blue Nike sneakers and a matching hat. It looks like he is already fashion conscious at two years of age and takes after his parents.

Kurkova herself showed that she was back in top form. Wearing tight-fitting black pants, a striped collared shirt and a khaki blazer she looked relaxed and all smiles as she dotted on son Tobin.

Tobin, born on October 2009, is the couple´s first son. The father, Archie Drury is the film producer of “Voices of Iraq.” The couple announced their engagement after Archie proposed to her on top of Table Mountain in Capetown, South Africa.

The model who comes from the Czech Republic was the youngest model to grace the cover of the February 2001 issue of Vogue magazine. Since then work has been flowing in for her. She has worked for Ralph Laren, Oscar de la Renta, Balenciaga and Victoria´s Secret. She was also honored with the title, “Model of the Year” at the 2002 VH1/Vogue Fashion Awards. Her personality is described as being intense and energetic and is seen as a winner in the fast paced lifestyle of a supermodel.

The 5´11” Czech beauty with the long blond hair and the shapely legs is one model who is able to separate her professional life from her personal one. This was evident as she left her supermodel status behind and became “plain old mom” as the family strolled through the streets of New York and enjoyed a day out.

Good on you KK, Koka Kola or Kinka!
Those are her nicknames folks.
