may have turned 46 last month but she still has a body that women half her age would die for.
The Italian-born beauty shows off her fine form on the front cover of the new issue of Australian magazine, Men's style.
Dressed in a red swimsuit that hugs her enviable curves perfectly, and with her long dark hair cascading down her back, the actress looks simply stunning.
Amazingly, Bellucci, who is married to French actor Vincent Cassel, gave birth to her second child, Leonie just five months ago.
She obviously has no problem shedding the baby weight almost immediately as she was back to work filming an advertisement for Martini Gold just six weeks after giving birth.
Surrounded by an adoring gaggle of men of all ages, and dressed in a clinging black Dolce & Gabbana dress, the actress looked svelte and toned as she strutted around the streets of Rome.
Bellucci and Cassell also have another daughter together, six-year-old Deva.
Sickeningly for us mere mortals, Bellucci claims she rarely diets, that she eats anything she wants and that her favourite food is carb-laden pasta.
'I am a family person, which is very Italian: I come from a big, strong family and I love to have them around me,' she says. 'And I am certainly Italian in my love of food! I eat everything, but I love Italian food most of all. Even my daughter does. Her favourite food is pasta and parmigiano.’
And she says that if she does need to lose weight for any reason she can do it easily and quickly.
‘If I do a role where I have to lose weight, I can do that: I eat meat, fish, vegetables, and I lose it right away,' she says.
'But sometimes I do a role where I have to gain weight, and I can tell you I prefer that!’
She also claims that she never has time to exercise.
'It’s impossible with my kind of life. Get up at 5am to get to a gym and then be on set at six? Impossible!' She says.
'So instead of going to the gym I dress in black. A lot more practical, and much more fun.’
Bellucci is currently in Rome working on her new movie, Manual D'Amore 3.
She plays an Italian translator who falls in lo9ve with 67-year-old Robert De Niro's character, a divorced American teacher.
The two actors were spotted the other day engaging in a passionate kiss, and by the look of things their on-screen chemistry is sure to be electrifying.
