Saint Laurent Heads To Hollywood For Fall 2016 Show

While rumors of him departing Saint Laurent are in full swing, the french fashion house is staging its fall 2016 collections in LA next month.

After making its much awaited debut on Instagram with a series of Hedi Slimane's Music Portrait videos, YSL announced that Hedi Slimane will present the AW16 men's collection and 'part 1' of the women's collection at the Hollywood Palladium on 10 February. While, 'part 2' of the women's collection will still be presented at the Paris Fashion Week on 7 March 2016.

Saint Laurent also took to twitter to elaborate on the significance of Los Angeles and the Palladium for the fashion house, as well as the timeliness of this move to Hollywood. 'Saint Laurent at the Palladium' is Hedi Slimane's tribute to the Los Angeles music scene, having previously overseen the music exhibition "California Song" at the LA Museum of Contemporary Art in 2011.
