Topshop to open three new stores in Germany

Topshop is continuing its expansion in Germany.

The British high street label announced that three new stores will be opened within the Galeria Kaufhof branches of Cologne, Dusseldorf, and Bonn in November 2018. The largest store will be in Dusseldorf with 1,400 square meters, while Cologne and Bonn will have more than 1,300 and 750 square meters of retail space.

'We are very much looking forward to opening more stores in Germany. Since the opening of our first shop in Germany in November 2016 in Berlin, we continue to see a great demand for both labels. In addition, we are pleased to introduce our free Personal Styling Service in the stores in Cologne, Dusseldorf, and Bonn. This service offers bespoke styling advice to clients and assists them in putting together individual outfits,' said Paul Price, CEO of Topshop Topman.

The new Topshop branches will also be integrated into Galeria Kaufhof stores. All three branches will have the women's line as well as the men's line Topman. The women's range includes popular jeans collections, clothing in tall and petite sizes as well as versatile garments from the current "Boutique" collection. Topman offers trend-setting collections as well as suits with a characteristic cut, elegant outerwear, casual wear and men's jeans.

Until now, Topshop was represented in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and Europe's largest shopping mall, the Centro Oberhausen. The label had opened its first German flagship store in November 2016 at the Galeria Kaufhof in Berlin, while the second Topshop and Topman store opened in mid-August 2017 at the Galeria Kaufhof in Munich's Marienplatz.
