SUPERMODEL Elle Macpherson lit up the catwalk at a fashion show in LIverpool to launch a new autumn and winter collection.
Unfortunately, the supermodel did not get the chance to sample our city’s trends as the fashion show was actually in the department store called Liverpool, in Mexico.
The Australian beauty, nicknamed The Bod, had made a special appearance at Fashion Fest 2008.
The Liverpool chain has been long known for its position at the cutting edge of fashion, and celebrities flock to Mexico City to visit its stores.
Of course, it is not a loss to Merseyside, which is thriving with more than enough fashionistas who already brighten up the rainy streets of Liverpool.
