Sexy Supermodel Sophie Anderton who has appeared in TV reality show I’m a Celebrity Get me Out of Here is to launch the new bar at Tamarind Tree, Bishops Stortford on Thursday 7th June at 7.30pm.
Sophie Anderton, shot to fame at the age of 18 as the Gossard underwear model. At the age of 16, she was working the runway with Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss for the likes of Myla, Vivienne Westwood, Julien McDonald, Amanda Wakeley, Valentino and Jean Franco Ferre. Campaigns have included Ultrabra, Pantene, La Perla, Nicky Clarke, TopShop and Janet Reger for Debenhams. Currently Sophie is the face of James Lakeland and Fake Bake. From age 19, she has been a regular on the TV circuit. From her own show on Fashion TV to I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Sophie is a regular on the showbiz and TV scene.

Tamarind Tree opened last year at the Millars-a beautiful listed building in the heart of the village. The new bar will accommodate up to 100 people with an extensive menu of drinks. Specialty dishes at the Restaurant include King Prawn Tawa (juicy king prawns cooked in a tawa pan with tomatoes, green peppers, green chillies, garlic and ginger) Goan dish Lamb Xacute (lamb roasted with garlic, ginger and spices) Muchli Masala; Sikandari Ran (Lamb shank) and Duck Tikka Ramo.
