SUPERMODEL Elle Macpherson has revealed she has to make a real effort to keep looking good.
The 45-year-old describes her physical assets as “80 per cent genetics and 20 per cent hard work.”
She said: “I don’t smoke, I don’t drink and I don’t take any drugs – not even aspirin – but that wasn’t always the case.
“Genetically I have an athletic body – I’m six feet tall with thin ankles and wrists but I find as I’ve got older that I need to do more to maintain my shape."
The mother-of-two added: “I’m not as wiry as I used to be and I definitely need to work on toning my legs and my stomach.
“Even now at the age of 45, I still do a lot of sport.
"When I’m in the mountains, I ski for six hours a day and at the beach I waterski and surf twice a day.”
