With his marriage to model Noemie Lenoir in tatters, French footballer Claude Makelele has wasted no time moving on.
The former Chelsea player, now with Paris Saint Germain, split from the M&S lingerie star around six months ago after almost five years of marriage.
The pair, who have a four-year-old son Kelyan together, managed to keep their split secret until now.
The 36-year-old unveiled her lookalike replacement while holidaying in Barbados.
 He was seen frolicking around the exclusive Sandy Lane resort with his new WAG, who happily showed off her toned figure in a black string bikini.
The pair enjoyed romantic strolls and regularly exchanged affectionate hugs as they soaked up the Caribbean sun.
Makelele and Miss Lenoir endured a very rocky relationship after marrying in their native France in 2004.
She threatened to dump him in 2005 after reports claimed he was cheating on her with Page 3 girl Jamelah Asmar.
He was rumoured to be travelling back and forth between London and Paris in an effort to keep both of his women happy.
But she decided to overlook his alleged indiscretions, declaring at the time: 'We are perfect for each other.
'He is calm, and I am crazy.'
At times she would see her husband no more than four days a month, but insisted: 'We’re used to it now.
'Maybe the really hard part will be when I stop modelling and he stops footballing and we spend all our time together.'
The 29-year-old, who is currently in New York, is well-known within the modelling world.
Last year she starred in M&S's Christmas advert alongside Myleene Klass, Lily Cole, Twiggy, Erin O'Connor and Take That.
She made the cut in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in 2007 and has appeared in US and European campaigns for Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Gucci, Victoria's Secret and L'Oreal.
She also shaved off all her hair for a role in the third instalment of Rush Hour but her pursuit of a career in acting appears to have cooled in recent years.
