- Elle has had numerous film roles, her first was as an extra in Woody Allen's 'Alice', and she appeared in her own ESPN 2 TV show called 'Hot Summer Nights'. She has also appeared in 'Sirens', 'If Lucy Fell', 'Jane Eyre', 'The Mirror Has Two Faces', 'The Edge' and 'Batman and Robin' along with Vendela Kirsebom Thommesson. Elle appeared in the mini-series 'A Girl Thing'.
- She produces her own calendar, has her own fitness video called 'The Body Workout' and her own lingerie line, 'Elle MacPherson Intimates' (which she models herself) produced by her own company, Elle MacPherson Inc., of which she is president.
