- Frederique had been studying economics and languages in Holland but her modelling career started when friends convinced her to enter the Elite Look of the Year contest, which she won. She then took part in the international contest in Mauritius and won that too. Elite signed her up, but she decided to finish her studies first. - When she was 18 years old, she moved to New York and started modelling. - She has a collection of 'Frederique' perfumed bath products, her own lingerie line and a fitness video. - She would like to become an actress and has already appeared in the films 'Burnzy's Last Call', 'Two Girls and a Guy', '54', 'Celebrity', 'Wild Wild West', 'The Venice Project' and 'The Million Dollar Hotel'. - Frederique has a daughter named Scyler Pim Klein, born May 4 2000.
