Born in Stockholm, Mini was discovered when she was 10 by the daughter of one of her teachers. With her mesmerising blue eyes and enticing freckels Mini soon became one of Sweden's most remarkable exports.
Mini's grace and wholesome beauty soon made her one of the most sought after faces in the industry and she has been featured in numerous high-profile campaigns such as Gucci, Hugo Boss, Louis Vuitton, Giorgio Armani, Emanuel Ungaro and Donna Karen.
With dozens of magazine covers to her credit and more then 10 years on the fashion scene Mini has now ventured in to the realm of movies. Mini's beauty extends to the causes most close to her heart and she uses her celebrity status to give back to the community by being involved in various charitable causes.

How did you get started in the modeling business?
Mini:
I actually got started at a the early age of 10. My teacher in school had a daughter who cast for kids fashion shows and shoots and she asked me if I wanted to do it. I said yes and that's how it all started for me.
Did you ever think you'd be doing this?
Mini:
Since I did start at such an early age I knew I wanted to model after my graduation. My plan was to graduate school and then model for a few years before starting university....just earn enough money to buy an apartment and pay for school.
But things changed....I made a career out of modelling and never made it to university....but who knows..it's never too late :)
What do you like most about modeling? What do you like least?
Mini:
What I love about modelling is that we do get to travel and see some amazing places in the world. I also like the schedule of not working 9-5 every day.
What I like the least about modelling is that you never know your upcoming schedule and therefore it's really hard to make plans in your personal life etc.
Have you encountered any surprises along the way?
Mini:
Have I encountered any surprises....well....it's all a surprise....never knew this would be my career and that I would find myself calling America home!
Like I said earlier... always thought it was just something I would do for a few years...
What has been your most awkward moment (of your modelling career)?
Mini:
My most awkward moment.....hm...not sure..probably one of the many times I've tripped on a slippery runway in crazy designer shoes :)
Have you developed any new interests since you started modelling?
Mini:
Besides modelling I also act. It's something I always wanted to do and I love it!
What are your favourite things to do in your free time?
Mini:
On my free time I love hanging out with my husband Taber and our 7 dogs! (Lili,Cosmo,Daisy,Gus,Gerty, George and Hoss)
Dogs are a huge part of our lives and we really enjoy these creatures.
We love hiking, going to the beach or just playing around at the house
Out of all the places your career has taken you, where was the most memorable?
Mini:
The most memorable place I have ever been to is Kenya! Such a magical place!
The energy is great and strangely familiar. Even though we were in the middle of nowhere surrounded by wild animals we felt right at home! I would love to go back one day!
Do you have a mentor? Who? What is it about them that affects you? Why?
Mini:
I've never really had a mentor, but I have been lucky to have great people around me in my life and career.
From my mum and sister to my husband, friends and great agents.
It's very important to surround yourself with good people who really care, because modelling can be a lonely profession. Always being on the go and away from home can be hard.
Where do you see yourself in ten years? What could be your next career?
Mini:
In 10 years I hope I still get to model sometimes and still be successful in my acting career.
Then add a couple kids, some more dogs, health and good spirits to that....and all is great!!!
What are your best beauty secrets? How do you stay in shape?
Mini:
Beauty secrets...don't really know if they're all that secret ;)
Eat healthy and exercise!
I love pilates and piloxing.
What would you want people to know about you?
Mini:
What do I want people to know about me???...hm....
Probably that I am just like any other girl. "Mini the model" is who I am at work, but at home I'm just a jeans and t shirt clad dog lover ;)
I do love an opportunity to put on a nice outfit and go to a cool party, but most of all I like being at home surrounded by the ones I love .....Taber and the hairy 7...ha..ha...
Any advice for new models? What advice would you give other models starting out?
Mini:
This is a job, so always show up on time...give it your best and treat the people around you with respect.

My all time favourite model look wise is Kate Moss.
Favourite fashion designer:
Mini:
Alexander Mcqueen was my absolut favourite designer.
Not only was his designs extraordinary but he was a pleasure to work with.
I am very happy to have walked in his fashion shows!
They were always very different and cool!
Favourite kind of food:
Mini:
My favourite food is definitely Italian...pasta..pasta!!!
Favourite kind of music:
Mini:
Two of my favourite bands are Counting Crows and Dave Matthews. I also love Tracy Chapman!
What are your favourite 3 songs at the moment?:
Mini:
Alltime favourite songs are

I'd like to meet Jack Black. He seems hilarious!
If I were trapped on an island I'd take:
Mini:
If trapped on an island then I would need my family (counting them as 1 even though they're many..), dental floss and a knife.
