Ambitious Christin has never thought of becoming a fashion model when she tried her luck as dancer in a German talents show but then luckily got discovered by her current agent Yannis from Place. Meanwhile this shy German beauty has already dipped into the fabolous world of fashion by gracing the pages of Gala (Germany) and the Italian Elle. On that score we're certain we will be seeing more of this new Place discovery. Here is what she said...


How did you get started in the modeling business?
Christin: I took part of the "talents show" for Bravo Girl when I was 15. I didn't win the contest but a modeling agency was interested in me.... and now I'm with the best agency for me: Place :-) !!!

Did you ever think you'd be doing this?
Christin: I was a little interested but at that contest I applied for the category "dancers" and not "models".

What do you like most about modeling? What do you like least?
Christin: I like most travelling and meeting so many intersting people... that's life experience! On the other site I don't like waiting in castings... I can be very impatient and I don't like to see arrogant clients but actually it is very funny sometimes. ;-)

Have you encountered any surprises along the way?
Christin: Well, almost every day has its little surprises!

Ever get tempted to get pulled into the party scene?
Christin: If I party I don't get pulled, I'm just there 'cause I want to.

Have you developed any new interests since you started modelling?
Catchy question. Maybe cultures and languages but I don't know if my new interests came due to modeling or just because I just grew up...

What are your favourite things to do in your free time?
Christin: Being with friends, having a coffee, listening music, reading, thinking, walking around, having fun...

Out of all the places your career has taken you, where was the most memorable?
Christin: The most memorable are people and after that comes the place where I met them.

Where do you see yourself in ten years? What could be your next career?
Christin: I don't know, I haven't looked so far. Happy, healthy, successful in whatever I wanna be successful in... Yeah, just happy....and maybe not too poor , having a little money is never wrong ;-) .

What are your beauty secrets? How do you stay in shape?
Christin: Oh yes, the typical question, 100 points! Healthy food, walking, sleep, laughing and having my little sins...

What would you want people to know about you?
Christin: I'm such a nice girl ;-).

Any advice for new models? What advice would you give other models starting out?
Christin: Be happy and find out what you want..... great advice, yeah, a super duper question like the beauty secret question! It depends, you know ;-)

Christin: Mh. No! I like kate moss

Favourite kind of food:
Christin: Italian!!! and sushi...and....sweets!!

Favourite kind of music:
Christin: So many kinds of, depends on my mood...

Favourite quote:
Christin: Good times - don't be sad cause they are over but be happy cause you had them!

I'd like to meet:
Christin: Johnny Depp and Kate Moss.

If I were trapped on an island I'd take:
Christin: I don't think about that, come on! ;-) (beauty question!)
