The following Copyright Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Fashion Model Directory online service (following named "Fashion Model Directory") available on www.fashionmodeldirectory.com and www.fmd1.com, including participation in its bulletin board or forum facilities ("Discussion Areas") as provided by Fashion Model Directory ("Service Provider"). Please read the rules contained in this Agreement carefully. You can access this Agreement any time at http://www.fmd1.com/info/cipa.

Your use of and/or registration on any aspect of the Service will constitute your agreement to comply with these rules. If you cannot agree with these rules, please do not use and leave the Service. These rules may be modified from time to time; the date of the most recent revisions will appear on this page. Continued access of the Service by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement. Your failure to follow these rules, whether listed below or in bulletins posted at various points in the Service, may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service, without notice, in addition to Service Provider's other remedies





 

Material provided by any 3rd party, including material obtained through links to other sites from the The Fashion Model Directory, is likely to be the copyright material of the author. In such cases permission to copy or otherwise use such material should be sought from the author.

The Fashion Model Directory respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same.
All 3rd party images on this site are for personal viewing purposes only and remain the copyright of their respective owners. The images may not be re-used for commercial purposes. They are used here under the “fair use” provisions of Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act. Every effort has been made to credit the photographer, source or copyright holder.

If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on the Fashion Model Directory in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that the Fashion Model Directory contains links or other references to another online location that contains material or activity that infringes your copyright rights,
you may notify us by providing the following information (as required by the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.Copyright Section 512) to our Copyright Contacts set forth below.

• 1. A physical or electronic signature of person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;



• 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;



• 3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Fashion Model Directory to locate the material;



• 4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Fashion Model Directory to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted;



• 5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;



• 6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
