Michael Herz

Michael graduated from the Royal College of Art, London. He then worked with Marc Jacobs at Iceberg for three seasons and was then selected by Alber Elbaz as head of design at Guy Laroche.

At Aquascutum, his role includes not only the management of a team of designers and the development of the creative brand concept, but also the design direction across all womenswear collections.

Michael’s respect for Aquascutum’s rich heritage and design archive can be seen clearly through all his collections. His approach to this allows for reference to the fabric innovations and design details that have made the brand iconic, while updating them with a modern revision.
