Mireya Ruiz is a Spanish fashion brand. In 1993, Mireya Ruiz opened her first shop, Bad Habits, in Barcelona’s Plaza del Sol, where her original designs made from recycled clothes went on sale to the general public. Three years later, she presented her first collection Mireya Ruiz for Bad Habits. In 1996, she opened a second Bad Habits in Calle Valencia.

In September 2001, the designer made her Spanish catwalk debut, appearing in her first catwalk-happening at the Pasarela Gaudí in Barcelona.

Mireya Ruiz now has 70 points of sale around Spain and her collections are also available in leading European capitals, in the USA and Japan.
