Marc Cain

Marc Cain is a women's fashion company founded in 1973 by its Managing Director Helmut Schlotterer. The world wide operating business is managed from its headquarters in Bodelshausen, Germany. In 2009 and 2010 the company invested in a completely new production and administration building with state-of-the-art furnishings and machines. These forward-looking investments can be seen as an explicit commitment to the German location.

The company currently has a staff over 800 employees in Germany alone and a sales volume of 253 Million Euros in 2013. The selective distribution strategy is characterized by 175 Marc Cain stores, 286 shop-in-stores in 59 countries and more than 981 further specialized shops all over the world.
